1) Connect the power cable of the Canon printer if it is disconnected.
2) Hold the Stop/Reset button on the control panel of the printer.
3) Tap the ON/OFF key and release the Stop/Reset key.
4) Wait until the LED of the Canon printer starts to blink in green.
5) Now press the Stop/Reset key for 4 times.
6) The printer’s counter sets back to zero.
7) Now disconnect the power cable of the Canon printer.
8) Wait for a few minutes, connect the cable, and turn on the printer.
