TROUBLESHOOTING ERROR MESSAGE [solved]


  • To rectify the troubleshooting error message, make sure of the HP Print and Scan Doctor app`.
  • Make sure to power On the printer and the computer.
  • Launch the HP Print and Scan Doctor software on the PC that is connected to the printer.
  • Select the Start button on the Welcome screen.
  • Click your printer model and then select the Next button. If the name of your printer is not found in the list, choose My Product Is Not Listed.
  • Comply with on-screen directions and then touch Fix Scanning or Fix Printing. If prompted, install the driver from the manufacturer’s site. If you view a tick mark, it shows that the Hewlett Packard printer has cleared the test.
  • A wrench symbol indicates that the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool has repaired and the problem has been solved.
  • Try rectifying the errors that have occurred in the Firewall software.
  • Select Network on the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool and then tap the Troubleshooting Firewalls option.
  • Comply with the instructions to clear the issue.
  • Look if there is enough ink inside the black and tri-colored cartridges.
  • You can get the ink levels from the touch display of your Hewlett Packard printer. Else, install software like HP Print and Scan Doctor, HP Smart app for viewing the ink levels. If the error message still exists on the panel, delete the printer driver from your Windows or Mac Personal Computer.
  • Now relaunch the latest version of the HP printer’s software by using the installer CD or from the manufacturer’s web page.
