TROUBLESHOOTING ERROR MESSAGE [solved]

To rectify the troubleshooting error message , make sure of the HP Print and Scan Doctor app` . Make sure to power On the printer and the computer. Launch the HP Print and Scan Doctor software on the PC that is connected to the printer. Select the Start button on the Welcome screen. Click your printer model and then select the Next button. If the name of your printer is not found in the list, choose My Product Is Not Listed. Comply with on-screen directions and then touch Fix Scanning or Fix Printing . If prompted, install the driver from the manufacturer’s site. If you view a tick mark, it shows that the Hewlett Packard printer has cleared the test. If any outdated driver software installed on your computer, uninstall, delete the file and folders of the older version driver software. Close all the running tasks. Remove the printer power cord from the printer power source and leave the printer to remain idle for some time. Connect the printer power cord to the electrical source again and turn on the printer. Turn on your computer if it not already active. Make sure if the printer and computer connected to the same network connection.
